This is what my insane work out consisted of this morning.
Tabata Workout. - 8 Rounds. 20 Secs. workout. 10 Secs rest. 1 Minute between each workout.
Warm Up:
Jumping Jacks - 1st Round
Overhand front kick with alternate toe touch - 2nd Round
4 sets each
Workout 1
40 lbs Ball lift with resistance band lateral step and ball drop.
Workout 2
40 lbs Overhead weighted wall sits
Workout 3
Resistance band leg raises with 40 lbs straight arm pullover
Workout 4
Step with high knee
Workout 5
40 lbs Ball twist throw with burpee
Workout 6
Resistance band on legs and arms plank lateral walk
Workout 7
Resistance band calf raise with 40 lbs - 1st Round
Sit Ups - 2nd Round
4 Rounds each
Cool Down
20 Mins exercise bike.
